Dell Inspiron 1520
Best thing is it is mine. Others include it is fast (thnx to the configuration 2Ghz + 2GB). It's screen (1440 x 900) is really good. I like the keypad also. I feel it more comfortable than HP, Apple or Vaio. Also my laptop is really sturdy. It fell from the table a couple of times but there was no damage except for some external scratches. + I mostly use the laptop for Surfing, Movies, Music, Presentations and some times Gaming. I have NVIDIA 8600M GT and it is really good with most of the games I usually play.
I think looks could have been better. I don't care much but I think Dell has got some new models which have great looks. Also I feel my laptop is a bit too heavy. It would be great if it was 1 pound less in weight.

"My Dell Inspiron 1520 never fails me. It has automatic system checks and updates and seems to correct itself if there is a software glitch. It's physically sturdy too. I dropped it on cement, and it rolled. But save for a few scrapes on the corners, it functions perfectly. My last Inspiron lasted 10 years, and I only ever had to replace the keyboard, and that was because it got full of cat hair. Dell's service policy has served me well."

"I have a Dell Inspiron 1520. I love the fact that it is really portable, and it is a very good laptop, better than many of my friends computers, with 4 Gigabyte of ram, 256 Megabyte Nvidia Video card, and 3 Ghz Processing power. It is black and matches many of my other electrical equipment, yet comes in a few more colors, such as red, white, green, yellow, blue, etc. I use it for everything from video gaming to talking to friends, to homework, to earning money. I would like for it to run at a cooler temperature, and to improve the hard disk drive. Besides that, it is an excellent laptop."
