Let’s take a moment and review the Hp EliteBook 2530p. I am so happy that I was able to get my hands on this business class laptop because it does an exceptional job without weighing you down.

At first sight, the new HP EliteBook 2530p really stands out. This notebook pc has a silvery matte finish that is created by brushed aluminum shell that encases the computer and provides a scratch resistant exterior and sturdy protection for the pc. The exterior, which HP refers to as its DuraCase, is assembled of a magnesium commingle and hard plastic mix with an outer surrounding of brushed aluminum.

Mini PCs are all the rage these days. Their compact, light-weight design make them a popular option for those of us who prefer to stay mobile. The HP Mini 2140 Netbook computer was introduced in Las Vegas in January of 2009 to rave reviews and has been a top seller ever since. It was designed as an upgrade of the HP 2133 Mini-Note and includes a larger screen (10 inches) and an Intel Atom processor that allows for much longer battery life. The 2140’s six-cell battery can keep you up and running for over seven hours.

When you are in the market for a laptop computer, you have likely experienced the same thing I did. When I looked into buying a portable model, I noticed that there are now two classes of computers. There is the netbook, which initially appealed to me a lot because it was so affordable. However, I started to realize that it may not have the capabilities that I was looking for. The problem was that full sized notebook computers were prohibitively expensive. I needed a fully functional laptop and found just the ticket with the HP Pavilion dv2. It had several features of the full sized notebooks, without being really expensive. It also offered the power that I needed.

The HP Pavillion DV2660SE (Special Edition) laptop is a great mid-range gaming computer. What sets it apart from the rest of the competition is the extra features and impressive design/look. To me, the striking black and silver Imprint case is quite eye catching, with its charcoal and bronze pattern. Also nice is the 14.1 inch screen and the slim weight of only 5.5 pounds, making it great for travel since it runs a bit smaller than average size for the mid-range laptop market. It has impressive battery life (about 5-6 hours at full charge). However, the location of the battery is a little off considering how it pokes out of the bottom of the machine.

HP (Hewlett Packard) has several laptops to choose from. Before running out to your favorite technology store, there are a few things you should consider.
